The Boss!!
Ron Gaudian (The Boss) and his wife Kay moved to Arkansas in 1991. His intention was to set up a distribution center for
Hussong Manufacturing. After a few years he opened his first store front, and has been Serving NWA for the last 30 years. With Quality service and Quality products along with his guidance the company grown into what it is today. He is very well known in the community and now-a-days you can find him roaming the Golf Courses here in Bella Vista.
Chris Michaels
Chris Michaels was the first employee hired at Kozy Heat over thirty years ago. Since then, Chris has become the local expert on wood burning units. Also, the man has no fear of heights. Even after 34 years he is still not afraid to scale any roof. When driving through NWA make sure to look up and you may find him on a roof of a house in your neighborhood. Chris is a collector of cars, a motorcycle enthusiast, and is also part owner of Kozy Heat.
Randy Gaudian
Randy Gaudian is Ron's son and moved his family to Arkansas in 1995 and has been working for Kozy Heat for over 30 years. He has since become our local expert on gas units and can cut trim like no-one's business. He is our go to guy for all custom trim work. He is also the co-pilot in the work truck. He enjoys bowling, and is part owner of Kozy Heat.
Beth Gaudian
Beth has been with the company for 15 years now. She works in the back doing ordering, billing and invoices. Thanks to Beth's eye on the prize attitude she has help Kozy Heat grow over the years. In the last few years she has worked very hard on supply (due to the supply chain crisis) and with her great effort we was able to keep our heads above water.
T.J. Michaels
When T.J. was five his dad (Chris Michaels) started working for the KozyHeat. Over the years T.J. grew up around KozyHeat. Five years ago he started working as the Marketing Manager. T.J. has worked hard on innovation and customer satisfaction.
